1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments collected by or on behalf of Kushmahen Agro Tech for platform/service charges, managed trade services, transport booking or coordination charges, advance amounts, or other amounts expressly identified in a quotation, invoice or payment page.
Commodity purchase payments may also be subject to the specific commercial terms confirmed for that transaction. Where a written quotation or order confirmation contains a more specific cancellation term, that term will apply to the extent permitted by law.
2. Cancellation requests
To request cancellation, contact us as early as possible at hello@kushmahenagrotech.in and include the booking, order, listing, quotation or payment reference.
Before service or dispatch begins
If a paid service has not started and no vehicle, third-party service, procurement or other non-recoverable cost has been committed, cancellation may be eligible for a full or substantially full refund, subject to disclosed payment-gateway or processing deductions where lawful.
After work or booking commitment begins
If work has started, a vehicle has been assigned/dispatched, loading has begun, documentation has been processed, or third-party costs have been committed, the refundable amount may be reduced by costs already incurred and the value of services already performed.
After delivery or completion
Completed transport or service fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified service failure is attributable to Kushmahen and a refund is an appropriate remedy.
3. Situations generally eligible for refund review
- Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
- Payment debited but the transaction is confirmed as failed and not automatically reversed.
- A service cancelled by Kushmahen before performance without providing an agreed alternative.
- An approved cancellation made before material service costs are incurred.
- Overpayment identified during reconciliation.
- Another case where a refund is required under applicable law or expressly promised in the confirmed commercial terms.
4. Situations generally not refundable
- Services already fully performed or transport already completed.
- Charges or losses caused by incorrect pickup/delivery information supplied by the user.
- Waiting, detention, loading/unloading, toll, permit, re-routing, return-trip or third-party charges already incurred and properly chargeable under the booking.
- Buyer or seller change of mind after a binding order or dispatch where costs have already been committed.
- Quality disputes that are inconsistent with the agreed specification or lack reasonable supporting evidence, subject to applicable law and the confirmed trade terms.
- Payment-gateway or bank delays where Kushmahen has not actually received the funds.
5. Failed, pending and duplicate payments
If your bank or UPI app shows a debit but the website/payment gateway shows failure, wait for the bank's normal automatic reversal period. If the amount is not reversed, send the transaction reference, payment date, amount and registered mobile/email to our support email.
Verified duplicate payments are refundable to the original payment method after reconciliation.
6. Refund process and timeline
- Submit the request with the relevant payment/booking reference and reason.
- Kushmahen reviews service status, transaction records and any third-party costs.
- If approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.
- Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days after approval.
- After initiation, banks and payment providers may take approximately 5–10 business days to credit the amount, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
7. Partial refunds and deductions
A partial refund may apply where part of the service was completed or where confirmed non-recoverable costs have already been incurred. Any material deduction should be explained when the refund is approved.
8. Commodity quality or quantity disputes
For commodity transactions, users should promptly report material shortages, mismatch or quality issues with supporting evidence such as photographs, weighment records, inspection reports, delivery documents or other relevant records. Resolution may include replacement, commercial adjustment, partial refund or another mutually agreed remedy depending on the confirmed trade terms.
9. Chargebacks
Before raising a chargeback, we encourage users to contact Kushmahen so the transaction can be reviewed quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and may be contested using transaction records and service evidence.
10. Refund support
Email refund and cancellation requests to hello@kushmahenagrotech.in. Include your name, registered mobile/email, amount, date, transaction reference and reason for the request.
